Just read this book, its a pretty crazy true story of Matt Long (firefighter,BQing marathoner, and Ironman) who is hit and trapped under a bus. The book chronicles his amazing journey to one day run the NYC Marathon again. Its a fast easy read every runner should read, it will make you appreciate what you have.
